Our story

Celentano’s is an Italian-inspired restaurant, built on a passion for sharing good food and drinks with family and friends. We offer clever but wholesome dishes, made using the best seasonal ingredients from chef Dean Parker and Glasgow-born wife Anna.

We are lucky enough to have been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand within our first 6 months of opening, as well as being included in Squaremeal top 100 restaurants 2022 and the Good Food Guide 2022.

                                        Christmas Gifts

Our lovely Celentano’s Limoncello & Celentano’s Vermouth is available to buy again for Christmas gifting (or to keep for yourself).

You can buy liqueurs or gift vouchers here

Please note they will be available to collect from Celentano’s from 7th December, and must be collected from the restaurant with your order number or receipt. We will be closing on the 24th of December at 6pm.

We ask for all bookings of up to 6 people to be made via our reservations page. For tables of 7 and more, please contact us via email or phone. Please note on tables of 7 and more, we only offer our set Feasting Menu. A sample of this can be found on our menu page. There may sometimes be space for walk ins but we can’t guarantee.

                                        Christmas Reservations

Our reservations for December are now open. For tables of 6 or less, please head to our reservations page to book. For anything larger, please contact us via e-mail.

Please note our hours over Christmas & New Year will alter slightly. We will be closing early on Christmas eve (6pm) and New Years Eve (8pm). We will have live music in the afternoon of NYE!

We will be closed from 1st of January 2023 until 10th January 2023 so our team have a well deserved break.

With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, set within the iconic Cathedral House just a short walk from Glasgow city centre, Celentano’s is perfect for enjoying a snack and a bowl of pasta alongside a negroni after work, or enjoying the menu over the course of a long, memorable evening.

We build our seasonal menus around what’s available from our local suppliers each week. This will always include Dean’s signature snacks to start alongside Celentano’s sourdough bread and homemade pastas, followed by sustainably sourced fish, meat and vegetable-lead dishes ideal for sharing with the table, with our selection of wines & classic cocktails.
